iPhone, Android, and mobile Gmail
Elite for iPhone and Android: what is available?
The quick answer
Use the web dashboard on mobile for the workflows it exposes. A native Gmail/Outlook/Apple Mail app does not automatically pick up tracking from a desktop browser extension.

Hi there! Welcome to Elite Mail Suite. Let's check your email activity while you're on the move.
Away from your desk when a customer gets back to you? The mobile web dashboard lets you check the conversation and its activity before deciding what to do next.
Let's open Elite in your phone's browser. Open the same Elite workspace in your mobile browser. Here is your workspace, with recent activity ready to check. This is the web dashboard, so you can review your reports without installing a separate phone app.
Open Latest activity and search for Atlas. Use search to go straight to the conversation you need. Tap Maya's message to see its report. A subject or contact name is usually quicker than scrolling through a busy activity list.
Scroll through the report to read the event and its classification. Read the classification as well as the time. Check the time alongside the message details. A likely-human event and a privacy fetch mean different things; keeping the message context nearby helps you judge the signal.
Now use the menu to open Email tracking and change the date range. The menu keeps the other reports within reach on a small screen. Take a moment to review the updated report on your phone. Choose the period you want to review, then give the report a moment to update before reading the numbers.
Your reports are there whenever you need a quick check from your phone. Open the linked mobile guide for more help. Thanks for watching!
Use Elite from your phone
Install your mobile app
Use a configured release download and sign in with your Elite account. Native Gmail is available only when the installed client configuration and actual release approval gate permit it.
Connect your inboxes
Native Gmail authorization and full mailbox data stay on the device. Outlook retains its supported full mailbox flow. Cloud Google authorization supports fresh sends, explicitly selected spreadsheets/documents, and optional read-only saved Contacts sync after approval and release setup.
Send and follow through
Send tracked email, schedule a message, use templates and attachments, review activity, and open a contact’s relationship history.
Choose your alerts
Choose available device alerts. Gmail generic open/click activity does not identify a named recipient; local reply status is unknown until actually observed. Background work follows device restrictions.
