Monitor replies and stop follow-ups

The quick answer

Connect the sending Gmail or Outlook mailbox so Elite can detect replies. Campaign follow-ups stop after a detected reply or opt-out, while a conversation reminder remains a distinct workflow. Gmail cloud reply and bounce detection, provider drafts and mailbox-derived CRM sync are unavailable. Gmail multi-step sequences require explicit acknowledgement that they WILL NOT automatically stop on replies or bounces.

Hi there! Welcome to Elite Mail Suite. Let's take a closer look at your email activity.

Waiting for an answer to a proposal? Your activity report helps you choose a thoughtful next step, with the message and its engagement in one place.

Let's start in Latest activity and search for Atlas. Search by a subject or contact you recognise, so you can find a conversation without digging through your inbox. Open Maya's message to see its individual report.

Take a look at the timeline: one likely-human open, and no clicks. Read the recipient, time, and event together. You can also download a certificate for this message. An open is a useful signal, rather than proof that someone has read every word; the certificate records the tracked activity.

Next, open Elena's privacy-protected event. Some mail services fetch images automatically to protect privacy. Notice how the privacy fetch stays separate from likely-human engagement. Keeping those events separate helps you avoid following up just because a background service loaded an image.

Now open Email tracking and choose the last seven days. Use a shorter date range to concentrate on recent conversations. Give the report a moment to update, then review the selected period. Expand a message to see its events, then decide whether a helpful follow-up would add something useful.

Now you know how to read the activity behind a message. For more about open accuracy and privacy, open the linked written guide. Thanks for watching!

Manage follow-ups

  1. Open Workflows

Review Priority inbox and the follow-up conditions attached to a conversation.

  2. Choose a condition

Outlook supports reply-aware conversation rules. Fresh Gmail campaigns can use available open/click conditions, with explicit acknowledgement that replies and bounces cannot stop them automatically.

  3. Review the evidence

Check likely activity and privacy-protected requests separately. Gmail cloud replies are unavailable; no confirmed open does not establish that a message is unread.

  4. Act or mute

Follow up from the intended mailbox, defer the task, or mute an individual conversation for seven days when you do not need immediate alerts.
