Privacy for Elite users

Why inbox integrations request Google permissions

The quick answer

Google sign-in uses identity and verified email. Cloud Gmail uses gmail.send only for fresh authored messages; selected Sheets adds drive.file through actual Google Picker. Cloud Gmail cannot read your mailbox, create provider drafts, detect replies/bounces or modify threads. Native restricted Gmail credentials and mailbox data stay on device. Contextual Gmail add-on and full Outlook permissions remain separate.

Remove provider or device access

  1. Disconnect in Elite

Disconnect the intended cloud Google send/selected-Sheets identity or Outlook connection in Settings. Use Connected devices for extension access; revoke native Gmail access on its device.

  2. Review the provider's connections

Open your Google or Microsoft account's third-party application access settings and find the exact Elite connection.

  3. Revoke the intended permission

Read the account and application identity before removing access. Several client integrations can appear as separate grants.

  4. Check the effects

Future provider-backed work can stop. Gmail browser/device mailbox history stays local, while issued independent tracking links have separate Stop/Delete controls and minimal redirect retention.
