This list explains which services process data to operate Elite, what they do, and how changes are communicated. Provider and location details reflect the production configuration.

The production configuration determines which optional providers are active. Questions or required notices can be sent to privacy@elitemailsuite.com.

| Configured transactional email provider | Account, invitation, and verification email | Destination address and message contents |
| DB-IP Lite | Local IP geolocation/ASN database | No IP is sent to DB-IP during lookup |
